Daily report skill
The fix for sifting: two report skills that surface what needs you, plus the first skill that calls another skill, then the rest of the week's inbound.
When the system holds more than you can scan, add reporting. We build two more simple skills: a daily report that puts needs-attention first, then yesterday, then today, on one page; and a weekly report with wins, losses, pipeline by stage with dollar totals, stalls, and next week's look-ahead. The daily report checks the inbox first and runs process-inbound if anything is waiting, which is the first time one skill calls another. Then run two of the loop: eight folders yesterday, one page today. We finish the week's inbound and watch a duplicate get merged, a support request from an existing client get rerouted, and the first documents folder appear.
What's covered:
- Building daily-report and weekly-report with bm-skill-builder
- Needs attention first: the shape of a report you'll open every morning
- Skills invoking skills: the daily report runs the intake skill first
- Reporting reads the pipeline, it never edits it
- The Wednesday report, read on camera
- Merging a repeat inquiry instead of duplicating a prospect
- Rerouting a support request from an existing client
- Surface, don't sift, applied to whatever piles up in your business
