Privacy Policy

Builder Methods is run by CasJam Media LLC. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

• Your name and email when you subscribe, register for a workshop, create an account or buy something.
• Account details such as your timezone and anything you add to your profile. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
• Payment details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Visit statistics from Plausible Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

• To run your account, membership and workshop access.
• To take payments and send receipts.
• To send the emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To answer your messages and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the services that help us run Builder Methods, such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting and spam protection, and only as much as each one needs. We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your email on our forms. Google reCAPTCHA, which protects some forms from spam, sets its own cookies. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time. To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email [email protected]. We keep your information while your account is active and as long as we need it for legal and accounting records.
