A Build Kit to help you build your own real estate CRM using AI coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini.
What you'll build
A mobile-first CRM made for solo real estate agents, organized around the way a deal actually moves — from a new lead to a closed sale. Instead of a generic "leads and opportunities" tool, the pipeline mirrors the real stages of a transaction, so an agent's screen matches how they already think about their business.
Agents keep every lead, buyer, and seller in one searchable directory, attach deals to those people, and drag each deal across a visual pipeline board as it progresses. Each deal becomes a home base for its price, property address, photos, a closing checklist, and follow-up reminders — all designed to work on a phone, in the field, between showings.
Who it's for
Solo real estate agents who run their deals from their phone and want a tool that fits the real shape of a transaction — not a heavyweight, one-size-fits-all CRM. It's built for a single agent managing their own leads, buyers, sellers, and active deals.
What it solves
- Leads, buyers, and sellers scattered across notes, texts, and spreadsheets
- Generic CRMs whose stages don't match how a real-estate deal actually moves
- Closing steps slipping through the cracks between contract and close
- Follow-ups going cold because nothing surfaces what's due today
Key user flows
- A user keeps a directory of contacts typed as leads, buyers, or sellers, and can search by name, filter by type, and tap to call or email.
- A user creates deals linked to a contact, then drags them across a five-stage pipeline board — New Lead, Showing, Offer, Under Contract, Closed — with touch support on mobile.
- A user opens a deal to see and edit everything in one place: price, property address, photos, a map link, and its checklist.
- A user works a per-deal closing checklist, and maintains one reusable template that auto-fills every new deal.
- A user sets due-dated follow-up reminders on any contact or deal and sees them grouped as overdue, due today, or upcoming.
- A user opens a dashboard showing deal counts per stage, total pipeline value, and what needs attention.
How you'll build it
- Project setup & base infrastructure — sign-in, the app shell, and light/dark mode
- Contacts — a searchable, filterable directory of the agent's people
- Deals & pipeline board — deals and the drag-and-drop transaction board
- Closing checklists — per-deal task lists plus a reusable template
- Follow-ups & dashboard — due-dated reminders and the pipeline overview
