I take the Bookmark Manager kit into a Rails code base, run Milestone 1 through Claude Code in plan mode, answer the clarifying questions that shape the implementation, and verify the working app in the browser. Then I show how to refine the result, clear context, and kick off Milestone 2 — the loop you'll repeat until your app is built.
