I demonstrate how I commit my base installation to a private GitHub repo for easy access across my devices and for sharing with team members. I emphasize the importance of leaving the default profile unchanged to facilitate updates and suggest creating custom profiles that inherit from the default.
I also walk through the update process, highlighting that my custom configurations remain intact after a full update. I encourage you to consider adopting this structure for your own Agent OS setup.
