Builder Methods workshops
Projects Q&A
In this live (and recorded) session, a couple of BMP members take the floor (err, Zoom) to show us what they're working on — an app they're building, a tool they've been using, or a workflow they're putting into practice. Walk us through what's working, what you've learned, and where you're stuck. Brian and the group will dig in with feedback, ideas, and real-time advice.
This is one of the most valuable things about being in a community of builders: learning from each other's real work. Whether you're shipping a SaaS product, wiring up an agent workflow, or just figuring out your process, there's something to take away from every project discussion.
What to expect:
- 1-3 member project presentations per session
- Live feedback and Q&A from Brian and the group
- Tactical and timely takeaways from real-world project work
Suggested topics and questions:
Bring whatever you're working on. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
- Automating a process in your business with agents. Which process did you hand off, how is it set up, and where does it still need a human?
- Building workflows and tooling. The skills, scripts, and internal tools you're building to make your agents more reliable.
- New product development. Taking an idea from first prototype to something people pay for, and how agents change the way you build it.
- Marketing and growth for builders. Finding your first users, content and SEO, and using agents to do the marketing work you keep putting off.
- Anything else. A tool you're evaluating, a decision you're stuck on, or a question you'd like the group's take on.
Members of all experience levels are welcome — whether you're non-technical, a seasoned engineer, or leading a team.
Want to share your project?
After you RSVP for the session, use the questionnaire to submit your request to be included. You don't need to prepare a polished demo — just bring your project, your questions, and whatever you'd like the group to dig into.
